I don’t know what protein isolate is and basically what the nutritional value and composition of these burgers are. Any thoughts?

Dear Nita,
This is not an area I am very familiar with my understanding is that protein isolates is where a plant-based protein is processed into a concentrated form.  This article explains the differences between whole food and where it has been processed: https://88acres.com/blogs/news/the-difference-between-protein-from-isolates-vs-whole-food
When it comes to plant-based burgers and their composition it depends on what’s in the product or recipe as plant-based burgers will vary greatly. Some products will have a lot of additives and not all will be a healthy option, just because it says plant-based does not mean it is good for you.  Wherever possible, try to gain as much information about the ingredients and things like saturated fat content before making a choice.
We hope this helps,
